The world has changed in 2020 due to COVID-19. Staying safe at work and home are now top concerns for everyone. Your home especially should be a place you can feel safe.
iQuarters realizes that safety and peace of mind are essential to providing quality service. Because of this, we’ve implemented a number of safe work standards.
What can you expect when an iQuarters tech arrives at your home or business?
Temperature Check
There are a number of precautions that we take.
The first thing we do is have all of our technicians get their temperature checked before making any onsite visit. Anyone with a temperature is sent home. Only those who are cleared can head out to support our customers.

Face Coverings & Social Distancing
Even if wearing a face covering is not required in your area, our technicians always wear one when working indoors to ensure your safety. ALWAYS!
The face covering applies to all aspects of our indoor service, such as installation, delivery, and support services.
Of course, a mask is no replacement for social distancing. So our staff is trained to keep this in mind when communicating with customers.

Gloves & Sanitizing
Our technicians are often installing, configuring, or troubleshooting equipment so we wear gloves.
This prevents various surfaces being contaminated, both for the health and safety of our techs, and also for yours. We always change gloves between clients to reduce the chance of spreading infection.

Our technicians wash their hands or use sanitizer before and after every visit.
Any work areas that we have been in or equipment we have used, as well as our company vans, are also sanitized between every customer’s visit.

Your Part
As we’ve seen, the health situation can change quickly. iQuarters is committed to adapting to the changing environment. Because of this, we closely monitor updates from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and will continue to update our guidelines accordingly to keep everyone as safe as possible.
We all have a part in keeping our communities safe, so what can you do to help? If you or anyone in your household or office is showing signs of illness, please contact us to reschedule.
